Since 2016, Etecsa has provided customers with the option of accessing the Internet with ADSL technology from the comfort of their home with the Nauta Hogar service.
Now as a new option for this service ETECSA has enabled the possibility that customers can pay their monthly fee and extend the browsing time using the balance of their permanent Nauta account.

HOW IS THE NAUTA HOME PAYMENT PAYED?
After reloading the account from Ponturecarga.com, continue with the following steps:
- Access the Internet browser that you have on your computer (PC or laptop) free of charge and the authentication page "Nauta Hogar" will be automatically displayed or type in the browser bar the name of any site (eg: www.pontucasacuba.com) to display this authentication page.
- Enter the username and password.
- Select Transfer Balance> Payment of Nauta Hogar fee
WHAT ELSE CAN I DO IN THE PORTAL ?
In Operations Details you will see:
- Refills: Reflects the date, time and amount of the recharge, as well as the route by which it was made.
- Transfer: Shows the date, time, amount and destination account of the transfer.
- Quota fund: Displays the monthly payment for the Nauta Hogar service, bonuses for service interruptions and adjustments.
- If you still have doubts, select the "?" (Help) and check the description of the Nauta User Portal functionalities.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW ABOUT THE NAUTA HOME SERVICE?

HOW TO ACCESS THE SERVICE?
- ETECSA contacts customers to offer them the service according to the capacities of the network in their area of residence.
- The formalization of the service is established by signing a contract between the client and ETECSA.
- If the client has a nauta account (with domain @nauta.com.cu), prior to Nauta Hogar's request, it is associated with the service; otherwise, ETECSA enables you an account as part of the offer.
To contract the service you need:
- Reside in any of the areas where the service is sold.
- An active telephone service.
- A telephone pair with the technical conditions that allow establishing a link for the transmission of data and the use of the service.
The service offer consists of:
- A rating of 10.00 CUC that is paid only once.
- A monthly fee that depends on the speed contracted (see table of Rates).
- An Nauta access account with domain @nauta.com.cu that is associated with the link and includes 30 hours of navigation per month. If this time runs out you can recharge the account by paying what you want to consume.
- A modem with accessories (installation kit) that you must pay when you hire the service, which will be delivered with a Quick Installation Guide.
Please bear in mind that the monthly fee contracted for the first month with the 1024/256 Kbps speed will be done free of charge. Customers who hire higher speeds will be compensated for the same amount - $ 15.00 CUC - and will only have to pay the difference depending on the selected speed.
