1. Promotion dates: From May 6th to May 12th, 2024.
2. Activation of bonuses: The unlimited data bonus from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. will be activated the moment the customer receives the recharge.
3. Expiry date: The unlimited data bonus from 12 a.m. to 7 a.m. expires 30 days after activation, at 11:59 p.m., Cuba time. The main balance maintains the established validity period of 330 days from the date the recharge is received.
4. For customers participating in this offer, a priority in the data discount is automatically established as follows:
- Unlimited data from 12:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Outside these hours, established discounts will apply (provided the customer has this resource).
- Daily data package.
- Messaging package.
- Data bonus (domestic).
- Data bonus (international LTE).
- Data bonus (international, all networks).
- Credit bonus (as per current rate).
- Combined plans (international LTE).
- Combined plans (international, data for all networks).
- LTE data packages.
- Active combined data plans for all networks.
- Main balance (as per current rate).
The discount is applied ensuring there are no interruptions in service.
Bonus inquiry is free of charge for the customer and is done through *222*266#.
5. Customers who recharge during the promotional period and have resources from combined plans (domestic and/or international), LTE packages, and/or international data bonuses active at the time of the promotional recharge will NOT have their expiry date extended.
6. If the customer has valid MIN and/or SMS bonuses, their validity period will NOT be extended.
7. If the customer has an active free WhatsApp, the validity period will NOT be extended.
8. A customer can receive multiple recharges during the promotional period, which results in an accumulation of the main balance funds.
9. Users will have no limit on recharges during the promotional period, as long as their main balance does not exceed the maximum allowed amount:
